What if the things you do without thinking… are the exact things holding you back? Are you choosing the path you’re on? Or are you just following habits you never questioned?

If you are finding things a bit difficult and/or are struggeling in this crazy thing called life, it can be nice to have someone walk with you. Someone who walks next to you and listens to your story. Someone that asks good questions and helps you navigate through the roadblocks.

Lifecoaching sessions

Together we will focus on what will work best for you. There is no right or wrong way. Its just a matter of time before you can witness the ripple effect of all the positive changes made throughout all the areas of life.

This can be related to relationships that are stuck or when everything becomes a bit too much. It could be that you are at major crossroads in your life or that you need some help with (major) life questions. I’m here to help.

During our first session together we will do a full wheel of life audit and explore all life areas. We will identify roadblocks and determine a starting point. By utilizing trial and error we will discover effective strategies that will create life changing daily habits.

Are you ready to change your life around? Let me help you with that.

Everyone must go through a 15-30 minute free discovery call. I’ve noticed that a minimum of 4 sessions is needed before change happens. Once we get started you will have full access to text and email support with any and all questions.

Each session will last around 45-60 minutes

The ‘one-off' session

Often times people just need a good outside perspective on one specific topic or objective they want to achieve, but feel what they implement or have tried falls shy.

In my one-off sessions, with my expertise and 100% listening and understanding, we as a team, will come up with specific action steps you can take with you from our session to start implementing on your own.

The session will last 60-75 minutes

The retreat (coming soon)

No matter who you are or where you come from, everyone can benefit from slowing down and connecting with the outdoors. Prioritise your physical well-being and mental health – invest not only in yourself but in a truly transformative experience that you can carry with you long after the retreat. The retreats are set in the heart of Scotland where we immerse ourselves in the land, fostering an empowering environment for you to build confidence, move your body, learn from each other and become part of something special.

The retreat will be a two day event where we will hike into the outback with all we need for the days and night in our backpacks. We will be taking the time to dive into the coaching questions whilst immersing ourselves in nature.

This could be by just walking or through excersizes inspired by our surroundings, or maybe even an cold water dip. It could also be that it means to be silent and reflect on the conversations that we have and just soaking it all in.

Nothing is set in stone and everything is possible. You will indicate your needs during the retreat and together we will make sure that those needs are met.

On the first day we will walk towards a wild camp spot where we will pitch our tents and spend the night. The first day we will mainly focus on getting to know one and other, the coaching question(s), the surroundings and how we can use this as a tool to work through things. In the evening its time to slow down and enjoying dinner by a campfire. This is the perfect opportunity to stargaze and just breath in the fresh air and become as close to nature as we can get. In the morning we will have breakfast together before we head back.

The second day is mainly used for reflection on the first day. “How do you feel after a night sleep?”, “What has changed?”, “What hasn’t changed?”. Sometimes after a good night sleep and good conversation, it can give us a whole new perspective on a situation.

Together, as a team, we will come up with specific a action plan that you can take with you from the retreat and can start implementing on your own. All you need to do is come prepared with the topic on hand.

The focus group for the retreats are new parents and than in specific new mothers who are struggling, who feel out of touch with themselves and/or are a bit lost. As well as couples that want to work on their relationship and/or want to overcome their differences. Young people that are not quite sure what they want in life. But also anyone that is feeling a bit off and needs some guidance. This can be a one-on-one retreat or maybe together with a friend. The retreat will be personalised to your needs and will be limited up to 4 spaces.
